Sie verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essbereich, separater Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (kann als Twin-Betten umgestellt werden), sowie ein Balkon, der mit Glasfenster umrandet ist. Waschraum inkl. Waschmaschine, sowie einen Fahrradraum, stehen im Gebäude zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Autostellplatz gemietet werden (EUR 60/Monat). Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist mit TV, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapseln-Kaffee-Maschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und vieles mehr ausgestattet. Laundry room including washing machine, as well as a bicycle room, are available in the building. If desired, a parking space can also be rented (EUR 60/month). Equipment: The apartment is equipped with a big TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, bed linen, towels and much more. Location: • Located in the city center of Ludwigshafen: a wide range of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity • Next tram stop is approx. 350m away. • Close to BASF (e.g. gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 can be reached directly by tram line 7) • Close to Abbvie (accessible by tram line 6) • Close to Mannheim city center (three tram stops to Mannheim HBF) • Five minutes’ walk to the Rhein-Galerie shopping center and Rhine promenade Miscellaneous: The monthly rent based on 1-2 people includes all additional costs (flat rate rent), such as costs for electricity, water, heating and WiFi internet connection. There is no annual billing of additional costs. There is a final cleaning fee of EUR 200. Nighttime and midday rest must be observed between 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m..
